Certify your skills with the MEC program
Have you taught with Moodle LMS or Moodle Workplace™ ? Have you already completed a Moodle course on Moodle Academy or training with a Certified Partners and Service Provider? If so, then consider certifying your skills with the Moodle Educator Certification (MEC) program. The program has been significantly revised for 2024, with both content and assessment types being updated to take into account the impact of AI in education. Our Partner translators are now working on updating the content so candidates can continue to take the certification in languages other than English. Provisional program to be released in June
Abstract submission for MoodleMoot Global 2024 is now closed. We have received more than 150 abstract submissions. Thank you to everyone who submitted an abstract for the opportunity to present at the event. The conference’s Program Committee is busy reviewing all the submissions and all authors will be contacted about the outcome by the 18th June. A provisional program will also be published on the event website by then.

Active Flipped Learning - 25 June, 10:00 UTC.
In this webinar, you will learn how you can achieve very high levels of student engagement with the active flipped learning approach. Active flipped learning involves setting pre-class, interactive learning activities including videos, text and Moodle quizzes to capture student responses and help students engage with the learning material before class. It provides the teacher with valuable insights into the gaps in student knowledge, which is then used to formulate the in-class teaching content for the next class. Register for the webinar.

Our free Moodle Admin Basics program and Moodle Skills programs are being updated to cover improvements and new features in Moodle LMS 4.4. The updated playlists are already available on YouTube and the updated courses will be available by the end of June.
