Can I have backups of the courses to use in my own organisation? We offer our course 'Introduction to Moodle for Learners' as a free downloadable backup file. This course in particular is more useful to learners when it is customised to describe and show the specific Moodle installation that learners use. We encourage institutions to restore the course to their own instance of Moodle and customise it to suit their configuration and look and feel. The course backup file can be downloaded from within the 'Introduction to Moodle for Learners' course. Download our Guide for customising Moodle Academy course backups. For all other Moodle Academy courses, you can purchase backups of individual courses at a price of 750 Euros plus VAT per course. Moodle Certified Partners and Service Providers (Moodle Partners) are able to obtain free backup copies of Moodle Academy courses. If you want to do this, please get in touch with the Moodle Academy team via the moodle.com contact form. Note that as the courses are openly licensed, you are welcome to copy and re-use the content. You can view the licence for every course in its 'About this course ' book. |
